I recently reached out to SmartGrass about putting a relatively small patch of grass in a concrete area of our backyard and couldn’t be happier with the result.
They quickly responded and set an appointment to go over samples as well as take measures, discuss timeline, etc. We got the quote and approved it the same day, booked the installation day for 3 weeks after and got it all done in a day. It was a relatively simple job but the whole process from calling to getting it done was really smooth.
Our point person for the project was Jesse Chavez. He was responsible, on time and overall great. The crew (Juan and co) that came to do the installation was quick, clean and really nice to deal with.
Overall a good experience, it was an easy process with a great result.
